At Praktijk De Puzzel, we strive for openness and clarity regarding our fees. On this page, you will find an overview of standard rates for our various physical therapy treatments.
In our practice, Ann and Annelies are non-conventionalized (gedeconventioneerd). Miet is conventionalized (geconventioneerd). This means that Miet charges the official fee schedule set by RIZIV/INAMI.
Detailed developmental history interview, comprehensive motor examination, and establishment of the physical therapy file.
Regular treatment session (pediatrics, pre/postnatal care, or relaxation therapy) at the practice.
Administrative fee for drafting or transferring a medical report or file.
For certain medical conditions and preferential reimbursement statuses (WIGW/BIM) or through supplementary health insurance (via your mutual fund or employer), the reimbursement rate is higher. More information can be found on the official RIZIV/INAMI rates page .
We work with the third-party payer scheme (derdebetalersregeling). This means that we settle the reimbursement directly with your Belgian health insurance fund (mutualité / ziekenfonds).
You only pay us your personal share (the patient co-payment / remgeld). This ensures you don't have to advance large amounts out of pocket.
* A valid doctor's prescription and an activated Belgian health ID (Kids-ID or ISI+ card) are required for direct billing.
Payment is preferred via bank transfer.
You will receive monthly an itemized overview of sessions and the invoice via email.
Mobile payment via the Payconiq / Bancontact app app is also possible right after the session in the practice.
Some hospitalization or supplementary insurances through your employer (e.g. DKV, AG, Ethias) or mutual health fund cover physical therapy completely (for instance following surgery or for specific chronic conditions). Inquire with your insurer.
